The processing quality of the machine tool depends on the precision of the machine’s core components. The spindle system is one of the most significant part of the core components. 30%-70% of the precision is influenced by machine tool spindle error in precision cutting tools. The higher accuracy, the greater the influence is.According to the related research status of rotary precision of spindle system and the existing problems,this paper makes a research on the processing precision of the machine tool spindle rotary precision modeling and analysis techniques.The aim of this paper is to analysis, the influence of machine spindle rotary error on machining accuracy,which provides technical support for machine tool error prevention and error compensation.First of all, through the analysis of spindle system of machine tool structure, features, technical parameters, complete the modeling of spindle rotation error.Then,based on the technology of virtual machining, analyzing the the rotary center and the impact on the machining accuracy adapted from the spindle rotation error.Analyzing the influence law of spindle rotation error sources on the rotary center and the machining accuracy of the workpiece.The main contents are as follows:One: Based on systematically understanding of the research status of the machine spindle rotary error, analyzing of the problems existing in the research, putting forward the research topic,establishing the goal, which is the influences of machine spindle rotary error on machining accuracy using the method of modeling and Simulation of combination. Finally, briefly introduced the main research content and framework of this paper.Two: Briefly introduces the typical structure of machine tool spindle system, and the selection of bearing.Focus on the analysis of the characteristics of spindle rotation error and its influence,including the spindle itself, geometric error, bearing, bearing hole deformation and the thermal deformation error.In order for the machining precision of modeling,analyzing of the factors affecting the machining accuracy of workpiece.According to the relationship between surface and forming motion line process,qualitatively analyzing of the influence of tool on the workpiece machining accuracy.Analyzing of the key problems in the research,the research ideas and research program is determined.At the end of the basic theory and technology used in this research project are briefly introduced,including: error evaluation method, homogeneous coordinate transformation principle and method etc.Three: The most commonly used two supporting structure of spindle system for object,establishing mathematical model of rotation error of spindle system. Influence factors of spindle rotation error considered in the model has the shaft neck contour error, the hole contour error, bearing, bearing hole concentricity error contour outline of coaxiality error, the direction of the force.For the analysis of the machining accuracy,other factors that affect the machining precision are analyzed and the digital modeling,including: the spindle on the surface of the workpiece and tool nose radius of influence of tool motion effect, the workpiece surface line. establishing of a systematic and generalization machine spindle rotary error model.In order to compare the influence of different error sources,front support shaft neck contour error as an example to illustrate,calculate quantitatively its impact on the machining accuracy of workpiece. Through the quantitative calculation of the front bearing neck contour and contour error of bearing hole effecting machining accuracy,analyzing of the effect of error superposition.In order to analyze the influence of spindle rotation error of workpiece, the analysis was studied the effect of front and back bearing the comprehensive. Then, the variance analysis experimental design, a simple understanding of the concept of orthogonal experiment and data sampling, focuses on the analysis of the calculation process of the variance analysis experiment, and according to the results of error sources were calculated.Analysis of the effect of other factors affecting the machining precision,such as: tool nose radius, overhanging ratio, feed, force direction angle.Four:In order to realize visualization of the results,using the MATLAB GUI interface has the advantages of simple, easy operation, complete functions, designing the simulation interface,Visual simulation for the effects of rotation error on machining accuracy, briefly introducing the visual interface design and the use of. This chapter also analyzes the application of research results,expression of the application of optimization design, the processing precision of machine tool error evaluation and prediction of the spindle,and examples.
