In recent years, aromatic amines has now come into more widespread use in chemical industry, aromatic amines in Azo dye were flowed into the environment of water by the emission of printing and dyeing wastewater. Therefore, the pollution of the water is more serious, aromatic amines are highly venomous,it may cause disease and cancer. As a novel sample pretreatment technology, hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction(HF-LPME) provides many advantages including low cost, simple, fast and easy to operate. HF-LPME has been widely used in pretreatment for gas chromatography(GC), liquid chromatography(LC) and capillary electrophoresis(CE). The new method for the determination of trace aromatic amines has been developed using on-line and off-line hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction–high performance liquid chromatography. The content of this thesis is as follows:1.The method for the determination of five kinds of trace aromatic amines in printing and dyeing wastewater has been developed using off-line hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction–high performance liquid chromatography. The influence of extraction parameters including extracting solvent, donor phase, acceptor phase, stirring rate and extraction time was optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the proposed method provided high enrichment folds of 101-193, high extraction efficiency of 20.2%-38.6%, a wide linear range of 0.01-0.25 mg L-1(r>0.9916), detection limits(S/N=3) of 1.0-2.0 μg L-1 and spiked recoveries of 95.2%-105.2%. Hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction-high performance liquid chromatography displays potential application for the determination of aromatic amines in printing and dyeing wastewater.2. It is built an online detection device connects the hollow fiber liquid-phase microextraction device and high performance liquid chromatography. The new method for the automated determination of three kinds of trace aromatic amines(o-Toluidine, 3,3’-Dimethylbenzidine,β-Naphthylamineha) has been developed using the device respectively by the way of two-phase extraction mode and three-phase extraction mode. Through the research, The influence of extraction parameters was investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment folds of two-phase extraction mode and three-phase extraction mode were 25-41 and 48-96, detection limits(S/N=3) of these were 0.8-14.3 and 0.3-2.2 μg L-1, spiked recoveries of these were 89.4-109.2% and 90.1-107.2%, It indicates that this process had a high extraction efficiency.3. Two-phase extraction mode and three-phase extraction mode were compared for three regions including on-line extraction operating method, optimization of extraction parameters, parameter of quantitative analysis, It follows that the enrichment folds of three-phase extraction mode is far above that of two-phase extraction mode, increasing by 3.26,2.34,1.92 times, detection limits(S/N=3) of three-phase extraction mode were far less than that of two-phase extraction mode. From this, it obtained a quantitative understanding for the two kinds of extraction mode, it was also a successful verification that extraction efficiency of three-phase extraction mode was much better than that of two-phase extraction mode.
