A large number of domestic and international coal mining practices show that coal and gas outburst presents regional distribution. Potentially hazardous areas account for only 10%-30% risk of belonging to prominent seam. By predicting the risk of coal gas outburst, will greatly cut down the cost of prevention and treatment of coal and gas outburst.Papers to Taoer coal mine as an example to predict coal and gas outburst risk evaluation. In combination of coal and gas outburst based on the hypothesis, according to the principle of the establishment of the danger of coal and gas outburst prediction index, using the grey relational grade analysis of the relevant theories and knowledge. Select affected Taoer coal mine coal and gas outburst danger evaluation index of the five highest correlations: gas content, burial depth of coal-bed, gas pressure, initial speed of methane diffusion, Coal consistence coefficient. Using BP ANN method, established the mathematical model of coal and gas outburst prediction, and through the mathematical software MATLAB to achieve it. This article selects the Taoer coal mine 1 # and 2 # coal seam of coal seam in 10 prediction areas, prediction results are divided into three categories: no highlight the danger zone, highlight the threatened area and highlight the danger zone. The prediction results show: the method can accurately predict the gas each region highlight the degree of risk classification output, 1 # and 2 # coal seam are prominent risk, and 2 # coal seam gas outburst than 1# coal seam, and in the coal mine the frequency and intensity of the actual production process for coal seam gas dynamic phenomena of records and statistics, 2# coal seam gas dynamic phenomena occur were also stronger than a # coal seam. Compared with single index prediction method of mining used, this method is not affected by single factor, a simple, easy to predict the results more intuitive, also has certain operability and practicability, and can be used in pottery in the coal mine coal and gas outburst risk assessment.
