In the process of coal production, coal and gas outburst accidents account for a largepart of the proportion of coal mine accident. Coal and gas outburst accident damage dueto its great energy can directly cause casualties of underground personnel and faceequipment.If you can find a way to highlight in coal and gas accident happened before, cantimely predict outstanding accidents, able to timely notify the downhole operationpersonnel evacuation. It is greatly avoids the personnel casualty, for coal mineproduction, has the vital significance. Take the neural network prediction systems, cangreatly improve the accuracy of prediction, avoid subjective experience caused byhuman error. Neural network has the advantage of nonlinear data processing, able toclutter data processing system, so as to achieve the required prediction effect, at thesame time, neural network has the capability of real-time data processing. Meet theneeds of the real-time monitoring of the mine gas monitoring.At first, this paper starts from the mechanism of coal and gas outburst, theoreticallyanalyzed the mechanism of coal and gas outburst and the influencing factors of coal andgas outburst, combined with the actual tangshan mine for specific analysis. To establishthe forecast model of accords with the practice of tangshan mine, by predicting gas em-ission of working face of judge whether the face is in danger of outstanding.
