Research On The Development Goals Of City Work Safety

In recent years, all regions of the country have been based on the national work safety planning requirements, the preparation of the local 11 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety and 12 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety,formulation of work safety development goals in accordance with its regional development characteristics. Because of the situation of production safety in various areas, the development of the effect of the implementation of the goal of work safety is not balanced, there are regional differences. Therefore, in-depth analysis of security production area of our country situation, development level of medium developed city work safety research, discussed to achieve a fundamental improvement of production safety index and area specific objectives, for the new period, to further improve the national production safety work has important strategic significance.Work safety development goals include macro qualitative objectives, including microscopic quantitative indicators; including the prevention of development indicators, including indicators of accident control. Methods through the literature information of precipitation, based on national and local 11 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety and 12 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety and the development of national security demonstration city evaluation index system and other documents, the target system is trying to establish a scientific, comprehensive, qualitative and quantitative and is well suitable for the development of construction in China city work safety. The main contents are as follows:(1)through the method of document information of precipitation, based on national and local 11 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety and 12 th Five-year National Program in Work Safety and the development of national security demonstration city evaluation index system and other documents involved in the index analysis, summarize the commonness, in order to secure the production of work safety and industry in the City as the starting point, determine the preliminary relates to the index system of government regulation and coal, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and other 20 industries.(2)By using questionnaire to demonstrate the applicability of production index in the development of city safety, consultation on results of the statistical analysis of the data, the reliability analysis and principal component analysis method, analysis and selection of indicators, through the KMO test and Bertlett test, Kelangba Kazakhstan reliability coefficient to determine the index system is reliable, and research suitable for our city work safety goals.(3)According to the established work safety development index system, empirical research on work safety in Tai’an City, the index time series prediction analysis using Eviews.
