Research On Yunnan Work Safety Supervision And Administrator Strategic Plan

Work safety is closely related to the safety of people and the overall situation of social and economic development.China Government always attached great importance to safety production.Safety production is regarded as an important issue of people's livelihood and social governance,and is included in the important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In recent years,governments at all levels have put forward and formulated a series of important policies.Yunnan Province government has made good achievements in safety production.Accidents have declined year by year,and the situation of safety production continues to improve.At present,with the social and economic development entering a new stage,socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the situation of safety production has also changed,the safety production supervision department has completed its historical mission,the state has coordinated the deployment of safety production reform and institutional reform,safety production supervision has entered a new stage,safety production supervision work will also usher in new changes.Only by accurately studying the current positioning and existing problems of safetv production supervision and seeking effective countermeasures to solve these problems can safety production supervision be carried out smoothly in the heavy tasks of emergency management departments.On the basis of collecting and consulting the existing literature,this paper combs the achievements and concepts,makes use of SWOT-PEST tools and relevant theories to analyze and study,establishes SWOT-PEST model matrix,and separately analyses the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of safety production supervision in Yunnan Province from four perspectives of politics,economy,society and technology.It also puts forward the promotion strategy of safety production supervision in Yunnan Province from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technologyThe main innovations of this paper are:(1)using SWOT-PEST level to sort out the provincial safety production work comprehensively;(2)data sources are reliable and extensive.The data and information in this paper come from the investigation and research of the mid-term evaluation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Yunnan Province safety production,and data of various regulatory systems.Therefore,the paper reflects the actual situation as objectively as possible,to a certain extent,can provide policy reference and decision-making basis for the work of safety production supervision in Yunnan Province;(3)The current institutional transformation is under way,in some parts,the author tries to make a comprehensive analysis of emergency management and safety production supervision.
