Research On Geologic Environment Effects Induced By Coal Mining And Restoration

The development and utilization of mineral resources, especially the coal resources has a long history in our country. The development of mineral resources promote the rapid development of the economy,but geology environment problems had been caused by the mining expanding. In recent years,government departments at all levels attach more and more importance to the mine geological environment, invest a lot of manpower,material and financial resources to solve problems left over by history in mining. And the principle “The people develop to protect,the people destroy to restoration, the people invest to benefit” is followed. Therefore,mines been abandoned,being deploring or going to been deplored, geological environment impact evaluation caused by mining, has become an important content to guarantee the production.The results show that: the impact scope of the geological environment caused by mining are different with the step of change;The impact spatial extent of the geological environmental need to consider the integrity of land union by the nature and by the ownership;The impact time of the geological environmental need to consider the confinement of the deposit;The geological environment recovery and management program needs considering its technical, economic and management perspective feasibility and accessibility objectives from system theory.
