With the development of power electronic devices, the performance of purified and regulated power supply is gradually being upgraded,and it has been widely used in many important occasions, such as hospitals, oil exploitation etc..During the period of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan",our country has been considering deep-water oil and gas exploitation as an important strategy,therefore,under the guidance of relevant policies,the research of the joint test system of underwater production and the control system of underwater production go on a fast track.To be an important part of underwater production test system,the power supply can realize the function of voltage stabilizing and regulating and guarantee production test smoothly, thereby it is able to improve the working reliability of the underwater controller and reduce unnecessary losses. In this paper,we use composite control strategy and intelligent operation mode to improve the power system’s efficiency and to realize the parameter online monitoring and system fault diagnosis on the basis of traditional design methods.The main work of this thesis and points of innovation are as follow:(1)Through comparison and analysis,we establish the single-phase full bridge inverter model,and deduce its transfer function.At the same time,we use a composite control model of digital PID algorithm and deadbeat algorithm to improve the system dynamic and static performance.On the one hand,The digital PID algorithm is used to improve the control precision of the voltage loop and to reduce the system error;On the other hand,the deadbeat control algorithm is used to improve dynamic performance of the inner current loop.(2)The hardware of the system is developed by using the idea of modular design,when selecting devices, part of the circuit principle diagram design process are given,through the analysis of simulation and parameters calculation,we can constantly optimize the hardware circuit parameters and improve the performance of the system;The software design mainly focuses on the SPWM algorithm,serial communication,data acquisition module.Themodular programming way can make the management more efficient;In order to meet the operation requirements of power supply equipment,we develop the local operation mode and remote monitoring mode.Because it is used in the joint production test system,the power supply may meet great challenge from its working circumstance,in order to ensure the reliable operation,we fully consider the moisture proof and anti salt fog and other requirements when we design its cabinet.(3)We debug the power supply after design,generally speaking,the debugging can be divided into module debugging and system debugging,after the process,we can examine the system and do with some faults and optimize the scheme;To verify its index,we make test scheme according to relevant standards,at the same time,we use the grid simulator and anti-island loader to imitate its working circumstance;through the analysis of testing data,we can estimate its working state and put forward improved scheme;When we design the system, some anti-interference measures are given.The digital power supply can realize multifunctional operation, meanwhile it has the function of the traditional regulated power supply,with the continuous development of deep-sea oil and gas exploitation,its application will be more widespread.
