This article showed two kinds of corrosion inhibitors named α-alkenyl benzene ketone(BAA) and quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline were synthesized. The synthetic conditions and related factors having effect on inhibition performance of BAA and quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline are researched, high temperature corrosion inhibitors are prepared and test the inhibition performance.(1)Use the acetophenone and paraformaldehyde to get α-alkenyl benzene ketone(BAA) and the synthetic conditions and related factors having effect on inhibition performance of BAA are researched.Test inhibition performance by methods of weight-loss and electrochemical method. Results of the orthogonal experiments show the optimum condition for synthesis of BAA: mass ratio of acetophenone and paraformaldehyde18: 9, mass of potash 1.67%(1.67% of mass of acetophenone), reaction temperature 100℃ and reaction time 10h; BAA have some corrosion performance to protect N80 steel,not to satisfy a-one quality standard of the oil and gas industry standards SY/T5405-1996.(2)Use the benzyl chloride and quinoline to prepare the quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline and the synthetic conditions and related factors having effect on inhibition performance of quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline are researched.The experiments show that the optimum condition for synthesis of quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline: n(quinoline):n(benzyl chloride)1:2, reaction time 8h, reaction temperature 140℃~ 160℃.It has some corrosion performance to protect N80 steel,not to satisfy a-one quality standard of the oil and gas industry standards SY/T5405-1996.(3)Study the synergistic inhibition effect of BAA and mannich base; Results of the orthogonal experiment shows that formula of high temperature corrosion inhibitors: Mannich bases 4.5%,BAA 0.8% and PPJ 3.8% are mixed as compound corrosion inhibitorto satisfy a-one quality standard of the oil and gas industry standards SY/T5405-1996;(4) Study the synergistic inhibition effect of mannich base, BAA and quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline; Results of the orthogonal experiment shows that formula of high temperature corrosion inhibitors:quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline 5%,BAA 5%, Mannich bases 2%,PPJ 3% are mixed as compound corrosion inhibitor to satisfy a-one quality standard.(5)Discuss preliminarily the mechanism of corrosion inhibitor : BAA, mannich base, quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline and the compound corrosion inhibitors by electrochemical test and SEM.
