Cutting scaling technology of water injection pipe inside wall belongs to mechanical scaling, it can effectively increased substantial diameter, improved water pressure and water efficiency. With more environmentally and convenient, mechanical scaling has better descaling effect than chemistry scaling and high pressure water jet cleaning. So the research on scaling has important significance.Based on the analysis of main components of injection pipe inside wall scale,the machining mechanism of the scale was studied. According to the characteristics of the model of scale cutting mechanism, the cutting tool for the inner wall injection pipe is designed and manufactured. Then, take a static analysis of finite element for the tool, the strength and rigidity of the analysis were analyzed. Proposed modification method, determine the structure parameters of the tool, design and manufacture the auxiliary parts. At last, based on the scale cutting mechanism model, making a descaling experiment with the cutting tool, which made by ourselves. the study analyzed the trends and patterns by changing the speed and feed rate of the spindle, which influence the quality.The research aimed to test and theoretical studying the inner wall of water injection cutting and removal techniques. Through studying on the brittle materials cutting mechanism and designed the appropriate cutting device, improve the efficiency and reliability of pipe cleaning. It has practical significance for practical application of water injection wall descaling technology.
