During the operation and production of long distance oil gas pipeline, great loss may occur to the environment, people and the properties by defectives of any location that cause oil leak. To effectively prevent production accidents, it is needed to integrate pipeline construction information, conduct risk analysis to the station operation process, evade defect pipelines automatically by computer technology, seek effective and economic oil transmission ways and real time monitor the operation situation of the pipelines.This article has collect and standardized information data of long distance oil pipeline welding material test, build up such information data base as pipeline material test, construction site pipeline outlet test, procedure qualification and performance test. Take object oriented technology to develop C/S structure model based welding material test management information platform and equipped it information auditing, checking, maintaining, displaying, exporting, et.al.Station operation instruction system realized in this article, based on above and the analysis of the station procedure flow chart, reassure to definite devises as nodes. It introduces risk factors to the oil pumping station optimization flow as a pioneer. According to describe the station structure by oriented graph and take advantage of Hopfield neural network to calculate sub graph, the corresponding energy function and its solution has been given. The solution of the optimized pumping combination has also been applied to the oil pumping station schedule assignments, thus make the operation of station effective and reliable. Take Delphi to develop oil pumping station operation instruction system that can dynamically display the process, which may, based on reading IP21 real-time production database, realize such studies as condition-based operation simulation, the scene dynamic imitation, et.al. This system has successfully been applied to a huge in state oil pumping station.Actual operation shows that the developed construction data acquisition information platf orm and the station operation instruction system are practicable and effective. It can standardiz e construction and office procedure of enterprises, relieve the work force in scene, improve wo rk efficiency and ensure a safety operation.
