It introduces risk factors to the oil pumping station optimization flow as a pioneer. According to describe the station structure by oriented graph and take advantage of Hopfield neural network to calculate sub graph, the corresponding energy function and its solution has been given. The solution of the optimized pumping combination has also been applied to the oil pumping station schedule assignments, thus make the operation of station effective and reliable.
