The Research Of Oil Station Process Optimization And Simulation System

In order to ensure safe operation of oil pipeline, the process of production of oil pipelines process optimization and simulation technology has been researched, and for ensuring the accuracy and scheduling task operation staff security is very important, the key contents is on automatically operation instruction of application. The paper mainly studies the geometry and mathematical model, proposed optimization search algorithms, and developed an optimization process of pipeline with simulation system using Delphi with real-time database techniques.On base of analysing the process of the long-distance oil transmission station,this paper has defined the station equipments as nodes, and according to the feature of node to classify it. On this basis, have put forward a suitable mathematic calculation model for oil station optimization process for the first time, and described the problem of the model as solving radial sub-graph in connected graph. Due to the process of connected graph has combinated with directed and undirected graph, it is necessary to improve the traditional search algorithm. To solve this NP-Hard problems,we put forward Hopfield neural network and adopted complex depth search method combining mathematics model algorithm so that it can calculate operation steps of any specific scheduled task automatically.The paper shown the neural network energy function and the corresponding solving methods, and use the actual calculation to verify the model and algorithm.The research developed some indusrial control components to display the the dynamic of pipe flow, and based on the mathematical model and algorithm, used Delphi visualization software to develop a simulation guidance system of oil process optimization.The system uses double-server structure, using ODBC to access the remote IP21real-time database, so that to get Real-time data and reflect it in the interface of system truly and visually; Login personnel information is manageable stored by MySQL network database, to avoid the burden of aggravating site server.In the scheduling task-specific circumstances, the system can calculate the concrete steps accurately and shows the flow direction of oil pipeline dynamically. Practical experience has illustrated that the system which is feasible and effective, which reduced the labor intensity, improved production efficiency,and ensure the safety of operation, guidance and training in the actual operation of field operation personnel issues may also play a good role.
