| Crop straw is a kind of high utilization value natural renewable biomass energy, is rich in cellulose. Cellulose derivatives is currently the largest amount of drilling fluid additives, such as carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), poly anionic cellulose(PAC). In this study, the local crop straw as raw material. Choose the alkaline hydrogen peroxide with sodium hydroxide alkaline cooking removal of impurities. Remove the lignin and hemicellulose get straw cellulose. Screening of corn straw synthesis of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) as raw materials, was content the highest cellulose. The optimum reaction conditions for the preparation of straw CMC, alkalization time 1.5h, etherification time 3h, reaction temperature 70℃, preparation of straw CMC substitution degree reached 0.72. And then in the(NH4)2S2O8/Na HSO3 redox system to initiate the graft copolymerization with methyl acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC). Through the single factor method was used to study the behavior of polymer solution. The polymer grafting rate as an index, the effective way for preparation of Amphoteric Cellulose polymers have been investigated by means of orthogonal experiment. The optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature is 40℃, n(straw CMC): n(DMC) =1:3, the amount of initiator is 0.6%, reaction time is 8h. The results of the experiment show that the properties of polymer drilling fluid: the filtration of the minimum value of the inflection point is 8.8 m L, when the polymerization temperature is 50℃; Aging at a temperature of 120℃, polymer drilling fluid system has a certain capacity of salt resistance; Aging at a temperature of 160℃ after filtration changes significantly, the salt resistance effect is poor; With the increase of the amount of polymer, the apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity of polymer drilling fluid is increased, showed a certain increasing viscosity, shear capacity, and the inhibition performance enhancement, filter loss decreased significantly. |
