With increasing customer personalized requirements, the production and service of ceramic enterprises is not the original mass, normalization and service into a small batch production, diversified manufacturing and service.However, increasing production specifications, adjusting time of the production process of a large number of orders switch lead to cost a lot of time and energy costs.With the rapid increase of energy demand, by lowering the energy consumption to reduce the cost of production to the development of ceramics and other energy-intensive manufacturing enterprises is of great significance. Shop scheduling as the important part of enterprise production and management, is the enterprise production planning, optimize the allocation of resources, reduce production cost, improve the production efficiency of important technical means, however, the current domestic aiming at saving energy and reducing consumption of shop scheduling research is not much.Based on ceramic enterprises as the background, this thesis will ceramic processing energy consumption optimization problem with two types of abstract adjustment time associated with the order of the flexible flow shop energy consumption optimization scheduling problem, aiming at the problems are studied, ceramics processing energy consumption optimization model is established, in view of the existing heuristic rules do not usually have the characteristics of generality, was proposed based on the rules of the heuristic algorithm to solve the optimization model of energy consumption;Because genetic algorithm has some advantages such as simple process, randomness, and the advantages of easy to combine with other algorithms, combined with genetic algorithm has carried on the further research to the algorithm, hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed based on rules, to solve the energy consumption optimization scheduling problem;Finally, the application of the proposed optimization model of energy consumption in ceramic production scheduling process, the above algorithm developed package embedded ceramic intelligent energy management and energy consumption analysis system, auxiliary manufacturing enterprises production planning, production energy consumption saving, lower production costs. Were reviewed in this thesis the main method of manufacturing energy consumption optimization scheduling, adjust the time workshop scheduling problem research status, shop scheduling algorithm research status, on the basis of in-depth study of the following: 1. The system overview of the research significance and the development status quo of energy consumption optimization scheduling model.The current manufacturing energy consumption optimization problem, the workshop scheduling problem with adjusting time, shop scheduling algorithm of domestic and foreign research present situation and development are summarized.2. Time to adjust based on ceramic scheduling analysis of energy consumption optimization scheduling problem, the problem of abstract for the two types of adjustment time associated with the order of the flexible flow shop energy consumption optimization scheduling problem, establishes cost minimizing energy consumption index of scheduling mathematical model, and gives the corresponding objective function and constraint conditions.Provide theoretical basis for the later research. 3. In view of the aiming at energy consumption optimization of ceramic processing optimization scheduling problem, heuristic algorithm to solve.First of all, based on the work piece total run time EPRA heuristic rules algorithm;Then based on the adjustment time free energy consumption ESRA scheduling algorithm;Finally consider the adjustment between the work piece and processing time ESPRA algorithm is proposed.To verify the validity of the algorithm, a simulation experiment was designed using the split plot experiment method, a large number of simulation experiments.Finally analyze the experimental results showed that EPRA, ESRA, ESPRA three various heuristic algorithm to solve the effect is better, the rationality and validity of the proposed algorithm. 4. In view of the aiming at energy consumption optimization of ceramic processing optimization scheduling problem, based on the rules of the hybrid genetic algorithm for solving.To test different rules affect the performance of hybrid genetic algorithm, three rules based on hybrid genetic algorithm is compared with ordinary genetic algorithm, design a large number of simulation experiments.The experimental results show that using rules for initial population of hybrid genetic algorithm is compared with ordinary genetic algorithm has advantages.And the convergence and feasibility of the algorithm is verified by experiment.5. Xinmingzhu ceramic based energy management for the construction of the demand, the energy management system structure and system function has carried on the analysis and design.And then focus on energy consumption optimization scheduling model in the system design and implementation, including:the key process description, data model design, etc.System in Xinmingzhu ceramics LTD. The preliminary application has achieved good effect.
