According to the theory of the structure-activity relationship of the bactericides containing quaternary phosphonium salts, triphenylposphine and tributylphosphine were grafted on chloromethylated bead respectively, and two types of hydrophobic solid bactericides containing quaternary ammonium-phosphonium were synthetized by bimolecular nucleoplilic-substitution,usingl,3-Dibromopropane, triphenylposphine and tributylphosphine as raw material and N,N,N’,N’-Tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine as crosslinking agent.The purity of intermediate products were tested by LC and potentiometric titration bromine ion. How the reactant ratio,reaction temperature,solvent and the time of reaction affect the synthesis of bactericides was tested by orthogonal experimental design,using the sterilizing rate to E.coli as index and the best synthetic route was picked out.The results showed that the best synthetic condition of triphenyl quaternary phosphonium bactericide is chloromethylated bead(chlorinity=6.28mmol/g):the tertiary amine groups of intermediate=1: 1.5,160℃ of rection temperature,24h of rection time and using DMAC as reaction solvent and the best synthetic condition of tributyl quateznary phosphonium bactericide is chloromethylated bead(chlorinity=6.28mmol/g):N,N,N’,N’-Tetramethyl-1,3-propanediamine:3-bromic propyl-1-tributyl bromide quaternary phosphonium= 1:2.4:2, 110℃ of rection temperature,24h of rection time and using DMAC as rezction solvent.It was confirmed that the quaternary ammonium-phosphonium was grafted on chloromethylated bead by comparing the infra-red spectrograms of chloromethylated bead, No.10 triphenyl quaternary phosphonium bactericide and No.11 tributyl quateznary phosphonium bactericide.Using plate count,the sterilizing effect of the two types of solid bactericides to E.coli was studied,how the dosage,sterilizing time,pH and regeneration affect the sterilizing effect of the solid bactericides were studied.The sterilizing results showed:The sterilizing rate of thriphenyl quaternary phosphonium bactericide to E.coli was 90.45% when its dasage was 24g/L, the sterilizing time was 45min,and the sterilizing rate of tributyl quaternary phosphonium bactericide to E.coli was 90.18% when its dasage was 20g/L,the sterilizing time was 30min.It was confirmed that the bactericides have stable sterilizing effect at pH 6-9.The used bactericides were regenerated by being soaked in NaC10(available chlorine=10%) for 2h,their sterilizing rate decreased a bit.
