Lots of microorganisms live in the system of oilfield water injection in our country, such as sulfate reducing bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, iron bacteria, and other microorganisms. Their growth and reproduction which can cause serious corrosion of drilling equipment and water injection pipeline. At the same time, it can damage reservoir, cause decline in the water injection, oil production and the quality of oil and gas, had brought huge economic losses for the processing of crude oil. The effect of the original bactericide is poor, and long-term use after the emergence of drug-resistant easy. So a new type bactericide used in oilfield has been developed and the evaluation on its performance has been carried on. It can eliminate various kind of bacterium widely. By researching this topic, it opened the way for the development of the oilfield water treatment’s new bactericide.The experiment used N,N-dimethyl dodecane amine synthesis of Didodecyl Dimethyl Dibenzyltinoammonium Chloride, by the indoor synthetic fungicides experiment, initially identified the best ratio of synthetic materials, synthetic temperature and other factors. The bactericidal agent to prepare aqueous solution,content in water samples by SRB,TGB,FB before and after adding bactericide determination,the sterilization rate was calculated by adopting the dilution method. Futher study the effect of Didodecyl Dimethyl Dibenzyltinoammonium Chloride and potassium ferrate fungicide compound. The experimental results show that the new fungicide is a good bactericide for oil field in our country.According to the characteristics of most of the quaternary ammonium salt type cationic fungicide, the method of applying the bactericide in oil water sterilization process has been determined. And for the first time, the experiments proved that the new bactericide can effectively kill SRB,TGB, FB in oilfield water.
