Energy-saving and emission reduction is a common problem facing the manufacturing industry today,and the implementation of the development strategy of low-carbon manufacturing has reached a consensus in all countries in the world.At present,to achieve low carbon and energy-saving in manufacturing industry has become a research hotspot.Stamping is an important part of the metal processing industry and the basic industry of machinery manufacturing industry,China's manufacturing steel used in 60%-70% of the plate,most of them for stamping.At the same time,due to the relatively large energy consumption of stamping in the metal processing industry,it is of great practical significance to research low-carbon and energy-saving in stamping.This paper studies the energy saving scheduling of stamping shop as follows:First of all,according to the different work processes of the same work piece in the pressing shop,there are different optional equipment sets and parallel processing of different batches of the same work piece in the same work order.A batch energy-saving scheduling model with workpiece process can be parallel in the press shop is established with the goal of time and energy consumption.Secondly,according to the production characteristics of the stamping shop,a batch strategy based on the process and the workpiece is proposed.Workpieces batches are subdivided by heuristics,Firstly,the current workpieces are batched,and then the scheduling plan after batches is compared with the previous plan until the optimal scheduling plan is found out.Process batches are subdivided by the key processes,First,find out all the bottlenecks in the process,the bottleneck process is batched,the batched scheduling plan is compared with the pre-batching scheduling plan,and finally the optimal scheduling plan is found out.Then,for the above model and batch strategy to write multi-layer coding genetic algorithm to solve the above model.The first layer of the code represents the part number,the second layer represents the number of the press,the sequence of processing can be determined by the code sequence and the processing time and energy consumption of the series can be calculated.Finally,a case study was conducted to optimize the analysis of the press shop based on the batch division of the workpieces and the batch division of the processes,and the optimized batch and scheduling plans were obtained.Based on this,the introduction of dynamic events,and its optimization analysis again.
