Mangrove forests are in tropical and subtropical coast, Not only has the characteristics of the ocean and has the characteristics of the land, Impregnated by periodic tide, the microorganisms Living in it are also due to its unique living environment has a unique metabolic process of growth, their metabolites have complex structures and good biological activity, sothey get the favour of people. As a special Marine ecosystems, mangrove contains extremely rich in microorganisms. From the root, stem and bark of guangdong yangjiang medicinal mangrove plants autumn eggplant, tung flower, white lotus, acanthus ilicifolius, We purified the fungis 122 strains. With waxy bacillus, Escherichia coli, Golden staphylococcus, white staphylococcus, Gambogic micrococcus, Bacillus subtilis as indicator bacteria, Took bacteriostatic activity experiments on the part of fungal. The results found that 20 have bacteriostatic activity. Choose the fungi 9HU and 2Y which have better bacteriostatic activity as the research object of this thesis.Using rDNA technology appraisal, the two strains of bacteria were aspergillus. medium small-scale Mainly was done by the potato culture, then medium amplification cultivation by rice culture, using silica gel column chromatography, LH-20, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, HPLC, and other modern chromatographic techniques detailed study of its metabolites. From the metabolites of 9Hu we got 10 monomer compounds and from 2Y met-abolites we obtained 5 monomer compounds. Using modern spectrum technology, such as mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), identification of their st-ructures respectively:shearinine A (1), paspalicine (2), brefeldin A (3), methoxyvermistatin (4), 6-demethylvermistatin (5), purpurester A (6),5-dihydroxy-4-methyl-benzoic acid (7), Undecane glyceride (8), ergosterol (9), compound (10),1,2-dihydro-aceto-xydehydroaustin B (11), ustusorane B (12), phenylahistin (13), β-sitosterol (14), Ergosterol peroxide (15). Compounds 4-8 were isolated from this genus fungi for the first time.Made bacteriostatic activity experiments on part of the compounds through the 96-cell plate method, the results showed that compound 3 have good inhibitory activity on Escherichiacoli and bacillus subtilis, the minimum bacteriostasis concentration (MIC) was 0.1 and 0.2 μmol/mL, respectively.
