In this paper, laser welding saw blades were studied, which were made by different body materials and segments with different laser welding parameters and rolling processes.20CrMo,30 CrMo and 30 CrMoA were used as body materials made into continuous segment form and separated segment form. Segments were sintered with cold press forming and hot press forming, Fe, Ni and Co were main chemical compositions of transition layer with different proportion. The body materials and segments were welding with different focus position, focus offset, welding speed, welding power and shielding gas manners. The influence of different technological parameters on body’s deformation extent were analyzed, the results of these experiments showed that when welding power was 1200 w, welding speed was 1100 mm/min, focus position was 0.5 mm, offset was 0.15 mm and gas flow was 3 L/min, the technological parameters were best, the best body material was 30 CrMo, the better structure was separated segment form, the proportion of ingredients was 70%Fe and 30%Ni. Under these welding technological parameters, after the diamond saw blades were rolled, the distribution of stress was uniform and the value was 0.04 mm. By market validation, the products had good economic benefit and social benefit. Most importantly, these technological parameters can provide meaningful reference for diamond tools with laser welding.
