Assessment And Optimization Of The Mine Ventilation System In Huashugou Eastern Mine

The Huashugou eastern mine has been exploited for many years. The ventilation network and the air leakage are serious, and the volume and quality of the wind cannot be guaranteed. Thus the ventilation system can’t satisfy the needs of production capacity now, which seriously affect safety production of the mine. Therefore, it restricts the economy efficiency of the enterprise.This paper is based on scientific research task of "Assessment and optimization of the mine ventilation system in Huashugou Mining District of Jingtieshan Mine". According to the field survey, data collection and measurement works of Huashugou eastern mine, the basic information and measurement datum of mine ventilation system were acquired. Analysis and evaluation on eastern mine ventilation system was made from four aspects of ventilation effect, quality of air source, natural wind pressure and ventilation system. This evaluation not only considers the general characteristics of mine ventilation system, but also considers influence on the alpine area of natural wind pressure on mine ventilation system. On this basis, the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions were put forward on the existing problems of mining area.Combined with analysis and evaluation on the present situation of Huashugou eastern mine ventilation system, a variety of plans of optimization and improvement on ventilation system were put forward. Combined with technical and economic analysis, the 3D dynamic simulation and ventilation network calculating were made to the preselected optimization plan of ventilation system. Through analysis of calculating results, and they were verified whether were reasonable or not, and finally put forward the solution to solve the problems of Huashugou eastern mine ventilation system.
