Mine ventilation system is an important part of mine production system. Using scientific methods to innovate and optimize the mine ventilation system is of profound significance.In general, the optimization of mine ventilation system consisted of the optimization of system’s resistance, ventilation network, reliability and the fan operating and adjustment of measurement, with the ultimate aim of meeting the wind flow demand of main using place of mine, saving energy and reducing consumption, and also to achieve the sustainable development of mine. Ventilator plays a key role something like lung in the mine production process, commonly, using for all kinds of ventilation system, the means to adjust the installation angle of the fan blade which can adjust air and reduce the consumption is the most simple and effective. At the same time, In order to meet the wind machine adjustment, ensure the total qiantity of the inlet wind tunnel to meet the mine production needs and the wind speed not beyond the limit, and reducing mine ventilation resistance to reduce the energy consumption of the fan, generally, using the means of brushing the cross-section area of inlet tunnel which is of the lowest cost. LuAn YiYuan mine limited company in He Shun Shan Xi is a high gas mine. Because of the change of the mine’s structure, some work face also change a lot. To solve these problems, and meet the need of the ventilation and also the indicators that of reasonable and economic, YiYuan coal needs Optimization and transformation. This article makes a comprehensive study with the theory and practice of three main contents:1) With the summarizing of existing mine ventilation network algorithm and software, In view of the fact:Most algorithms of are of complex, often need to circle the loops, which are very complicated and using a lot of time and laborious in the process of computer programming, and with the different method of circling that the result is a bit different. Therefore, this paper propose and realize the node pressure method calculating based on node, without looping, and calculating fast to analyze mine ventilation system. Besides, considering the impotence of resistance to the optimization of mine ventilation system, it also proposes and realizes using branch air flow under the different circumstances to verify resistance.2) Based on Windows, this paper uses MATLAB to realize the whole analysis of mine ventilation network. It has the advantages of less iteration, fast speed and choosing the starting node and air volume optionally, real-time accessing, recording and changing mine ventilation network parameters from Excel table, no need to establish special database and saving a lot of time for programming and calculating and also easy to fit fan characteristic equation and so on.3) With the application of the program to analyze the present yi yuan mine ventilation system and its problems:150103mining face is working to the stopping line and turn into the recovery stage, this airflow of the face only needs half of the original flow, but the prediction air flow of150107work face is only the half of the need. In order to solve the above problem, ensure the continuity of the working face production, the ventilation system needs optimization and transformation.To meet the need air of all working face, it propose the change of new mine shaft ventilation system(using install angle of-3°or-6°)and some suggestions about changing of ventilation facilities, and at the certain need of total inlet air, to reduce resistance and meet the indicates of ventilation, and also reduce ventilation cost, it choose the cheapest means of brushing area of inlet shaft (13.2m2or19.4m2or25.2m2).Using the program analyzes above optimization schemes, comparing the mine ventilation branch air flow (especially the main using place) and fan’s operating point, it can conclude:(1) Turning the return air shaft to the inlet shaft, increasing the return air shaft, using fresh air machine by-6°blade installation angle;(2) When operating new well and meeting mine total wind of13000m3/min, the inlet shaft section at least should brush to13.2m2.
