O/W microemulsion detergent refers to the addition of complexing agent and builder into O/W microemulsion to form a kind of good stability and high oil removal efficiency and low cost efficiency detergent, which attracted more and more attention because of O/W microemulsion detergent overcoming the general cleaning solvent toxic and flammable and other defects.The study based on test result of emulsification and compatibility and surface/interfacial activity of single dose. The optimization anionic surfactant SAS60 and nonionic surfactant OP-10, span60 were complexed.The emulsification and stability and surface/interfacial activity of complexed system were also explored.SAS60/OP-10-butanol-Kerosene–water system was selected. The best ratio of a single dose was found by drawing ternary phase diagrams and conductivity to prepare microemulsion. Surface/surfactant activity and particle size and viscosity and the influence factor of the microemulsion stability were discussed.SAS60/span60-liquidparaffin-amylalcohol-water system, uniform design and optimization method was adapted to complex and screen for emulsifier and predicted the experimental results and presented optimization program. The type of microemulsion was studied by conductivity. Surface/interfacial activity and particle size and viscosity and inspection was also studied.The relationship between conductivity and phase diagram was discussed by an electrolyte solution theory. Phase transition proces for Winsor â…  â†' Winsor â…¢ â†' Winsor â…¡ microemulsion was appeared by salinity scaning.The effect of ion exchange on size of microemulsionwas investigated.The chose emulsifiers and additives in accordance with the best synergistic combination were assembled and added builder to prepare microemulsion detergent. Decontamination efficiency and contained dirt and corrosion resistance and other performance were studied.Meanwhile, the effect of temperature and time on the cleaning efficiency was also studied.The experimental result showed that(m(SAS60):m(OP-10) = 2:3,m(SAS60 + OP-10):m(n-butanol) = 2:1),(S + As) / O = 3:7 the formed kerosene microemulsion was the best at 50 ℃. The effect of salinity has little on the stability of the microemulsion in the range of 0.2%~0.8%.The surface tension of the kerosene microemulsion reached to minimum 26.82 m N/m at a concentration of 0.18%.The interfacial tension of 0.3% microemulsion was 2.43×10-4and the size was range of5~ 10 nm. First, the viscosity of the microemulsion was sharply decrease in the rotational speed then the change tended to stabilize after 20 r /s.The concentration of emulsifier was 10%, SAS60(74.95%) span60(10.07%) n-pentanol(14.92%), the average particle size of prepared microemulsion was 78 nm and the relationship between conductivity and increase the amount of oil was studied. Surface tension of 0.138%paraffin microemulsion was 26.54 m N/m. When the concentration of paraffin wax microemulsion was more than 0.3%, interfacial tension can reach 10-3~10-4m N/m.With the increase of microemulsion concentration, the viscosity also increased, the concentration of microemulsion was more than18%, viscosity increase was more obvious.The addition amount of emulsifiers are the main factors affecting the viscosity of the microemulsion. The effect of salinity on microemulsion stability was less.In the condition that temperature was 60℃and p H was neutral, the microemulsion was the most stable.With increasing concentration of various salts, the system have undergone Winsor â…  â†' Winsor â…¢ â†' Winsor â…¡ microemulsion in SAS60/OP-10-n-butanol-kerosene-water system.However, the influence of different salts was diffent.When Ca Cl2 was used to formmicroemulsion, Na+gradually was replaced by Ca2+ by chemical reaction in the microemulsion. The change of microemulsion gradually released kerosene. With the salt continue increasing and undergone Winsorâ… â†'Winsor â…¢ â†' Winsor â…¡ type of change. When the ratio of surfactant and oil phase was 1:2(wt%), with the water content increasing.Viscosity was lower in the W/O circumstances as increasing of water,the viscosity also added. The viscosity was slowly rise after water increase until it reached a maximum of 60%.The viscosity began to decline rapidly.Recipe â…  was the best detergent formulations, oil removal efficiency was higher than other detergent. when the rate of detergen and water was 1:4, the decontamination efficiency was the best. The higher the temperature was,the decontamination efficiency was higher.The oil can be completely removed for 10~15min at room temperature,when the defoaming agent was added to an amount of 2g/L. The effect of antifoaming was the best. Microemulsion detergent has good resistance to hard water and corrosion.
