This paper had been based on the theory of quantum chemistry calculation,prepared a series of new type of dehydroabietic amine schiff base and 2- acetyl pyrazine ethylene diamine schiff base complexes, characterized the products structures and respectively investigated their application in the slow corrosion and catalysis. The content of this paper is as follows:1. Five new schiff bases were synthesized by purified dehydroabietylamine and furfural. Based on the single-factor experiment, the orthogonal test was carried on for the synthesis of furfural dehydroabietic amine. The results showed that suitable synthesis conditions as follows: ingredient ratio is 1:1, reaction time 20 min, p H = 6, reaction temperature 70 ℃. The products were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, NMR, MS, IR, UV on synthesis of five new schiff base structure. The molecular structure is essentially the same as that of single-crystal X-ray diffraction.2. 2-acetyl pyrazine ethylene diamine schiff base and its four new schiff base complexes were synthesized. These structure were characterized by IR, UV, X-ray single crystal diffraction, XRD, TGA, SEM. And its antibacterial activity also was tested.3.The corrosion performance for the six kinds of schiff base was studied. The result indicated that inhibition efficiency of furfural dehydroabietic amine schiff base increases with increasing concentration of inhibitor, increment time of self-assemble film, and decrease of corrosion time. Dehydroabietic amine furan schiff base has potential as a corrosion inhibitor, and as the space effect,dehydroabietic amine 3-pyridine formaldehyde schiff base almost no corrosive.Due to the chemical reaction with copper, 2-acetyl pyrazine ethylene diamine schiff base do not have corrosion behavior, however, it has the potential to be a cleaning agent in copper surface.4. The catalytic oxidation activity was studied with the four 2- acetyl pyrazine ethylenediamine complexes as catalyst. Preliminary exploration of the kinds of solvent, reaction temperature, dosage of oxidant and catalyst, type of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of target product and the influence of selective, the optimum technological conditions were as follows: acetonitrile solvent, catalyst dosage of 10 mg, styrene 4mmol, chlorobenzene 1mmol,tetrabutyl ammonium bromide 0.1mmol, the amount of 30% H2O2 2.0 m L, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 1 h, copper schiff base complexes as catalyst, the reaction conversion and the target product selectivity were 100% and 68.7%,respectively.
