Chemical degradation using sodium hydroxide solution prepared wheat biomass briquette binder. Orthogonal first experiment, in accordance with the water-solid ratio, binder heating time, alkali concentration and the binder prepared under different conditions, To determine the optimum conditions for:NaOH addition of 4%, the best heating temperature is 90 ℃, heating time is 4 hours, the amount of 1% calcium carbonate.Analysis of the nature of polyvinyl alcohol on the impact of coal, through to product strength, compressive strength and water testing, after adding polyvinyl alcohol adhesive strength of the compressive strength is 3 times the water.By adding the sulfur content of different agents, and test analysis to determine the best formula desulfurization agent for the addition of calcium carbonate 1%, the best option under the desulfurization rate of 57.31%.The industrial analysis of coal briquette made of molded, calorific value, ash fusibility, determination of caking index. The experimental results of surface preparation for low ash, low sulfur coal, weak bonding, high calorific value, high ash melting point of coal.
