At the same time TRIZ is Russian acronym of invention of problem solving.It is an innovative method.It takes the technology evolution theory as the core and takes the contradiction matrix and invention principle and so on as the tools of analysis problem and solve problem.Now integration the QFD and TRIZ to constructed concept design model.And with the children’s scooter as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.Research on QFD and TRIZ integrated in the conceptual design for children’s scooters.Through a variety of market research get the original information of customer demand.Based on the affinity diagram method for organizing the information.Using the decision tree to classify and forecast information of customer demand.By tools about house of quality from QFD to build relationship between customer requirements and technical characteristic matrix.Through analysis the weight ratio and the degree of relationship of comparison matrix to determine the positive correlation and negative correlation.Later analyze and solve the problem use of TRIZ tools.
