It is Studied the formation of oxide film in ELID grinding and based on the basic principle of electrochemical, then simulation of grinding wheel surface oxide film forming process, and analyze the diamond wheel thickness of oxide film in the process of electrolytic dressing beforehand.Among them, there is the variation in thickness of oxide film and its main influence factors exists a complicated nonlinear function relationship, it is a control problem using classic control theory has been unable to solve that between deals with the influence of the variation in thickness of oxide film and its main factors, the selection of fuzzy control theory can successfully solve the control problem between the variation in thickness of oxide film and its main influencing factors. On this basis, the application of fuzzy control theory and algorithm design can build the system of ELID grinding process decision.Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to clear the relationship between the variation in thickness of oxide film and its main influencing factors, then selects the appropriate algorithm to research a system of ELID grinding process decision.
