In this paper,the oxide film formed during the electrolytic in-process dressing(ELID)grinding process of multi-layer brazed diamond grinding wheel is studied.The electrolysis voltage,duty cycle and grinding wheel speed are preliminarily studied.The influence of process parameters on the performance of oxide film.Through the orthogonal test method,the optimal process parameters of the oxide film were obtained,and the zirconia ceramic ELID grinding test was carried out to verify the processing effect of the process parameters.Specific research work includes:(1)The surface morphology and thickness of the oxide film in the pre-sharpening stage were tested by ultra-deep-field microscopy,and the variation of the two with the pre-sharpening time was preliminarily determined.The test results showed that with the pre-repair sharp time The increase of the oxide film on the surface of the diamond wheel becomes denser and more uniform,and the thickness of the oxide film increases rapidly mainly in the first 8 minutes of pre-sharpening,and the growth rate is significantly slowed after 8 minutes.(2)Based on the orthogonal test method,the adhesion strength,insulation,thickness and grinding force of the oxide film on the surface of the diamond wheel were analyzed and analyzed.Influence the law.The test results show that the influence of the process parameters of the pre-sharp stage on the adhesion strength,thickness and pre-repair sharpening force of the oxide film is the electrolysis voltage,duty cycle and grinding wheel speed.The influence on the insulation of the oxide film is the duty cycle,the electrolysis voltage and the grinding wheel speed.(3)Based on the orthogonal test and mathematical statistics method,the optimal process parameters of the oxide film are optimized.The parameters are: electrolysis voltage 90 V,duty cycle 0.5,grinding wheel speed 1500 rpm.(4)The ELID grinding test of zirconia ceramics was carried out.The test results show that the value of the surface roughness of the machined workpiece is decreasing with the increase of the electrolysis voltage,duty cycle and grinding wheel speed.When ELID grinding is carried out using optimized optimum process parameters(electrolytic voltage 90 V,duty cycle 0.5,grinding wheel speed 1500 rpm),the lowest surface roughness Ra of 0.35 ?m can be obtained.
