is widely used in the fields of coatings, highly efficient catalysts, gas sensor, dye-sensitized solar cells, anticorrosive coating, self-cleaning surface and biology etc., because of fascinating properties, such as ransparency, wide bandgap, biological and chemical inertness, strong oxidizing capability, and nontoxicity. Therefore, more and more people have been made to produce TiO2 film or other micropatterns using various methods, that is, sputtering, anodic oxidation, the wet chemical (hydrothermal method and the sol-gel method), and so on. All of these methods can produce films with uniform thickness and favorable optical properties, but there may be existed some deficiency in it, such as expensive cost, complex procedure etc. In recent years, liquid phase deposition (LPD) has attracted many attentions due to its great advantages that require neither special which can prepared crystalline metal oxide semiconductor films at low temperatures (25℃-100℃).There was observed that the solution parameters and the substrate surface properties have a deep dependence on the formation and morphology of the film. Deposited on the bare substrate directly can cause the low nucleation rate, heterogeneity thin film surface and low photoelectric properties etc. defects. Gradually, lots of research groups make a contribution to study the influence of groups on the substrate, which using organic self-assembled monolayers or other chemically modified substrate surfaces and making great progress. We learn from the existing research, in the deposition process of heterogeneous nucleation of particles is greatly improved, which containing -NH2,-OH, -COOH and other functional groups of organic molecular self-assembled layer in the substrate. Since there is little research study the multi-functional groups make the influence on the deposition and growth of TiO2 at the same time. Therefore, this work is meaningful to research the organization and performance of TiO2 film that adjusted by multi-functional group template. In the experiment, we select the mixed solution of gallic acid (GA) and hexamethylenediamine (HD) as the template, the generated GAHD film have multi-functional groups, that is -NH2,-OH,-COOH and so on, simultaneously, the groups having hydrophilic. Before the modification of substrate, the purpose of pre-treated Ti substrate with dopamine (DA) is that GAHD film can be fixed strong. In the experiment, using GAHD molecules as template to regulate of TiO2 film, via SEM, XPS, XRD and other characterization methods from the film surface morphology, surface functional groups of the chemical bonding type, thin film crystal structure etc.. On the one hand, proving the success of the template introduction; On the other hand, analyzing the presence of GAHD template regulation on the quality of the TiO2 thin film deposition, such as XRD show that with and without the template for regulated deposition can be obtained directly nanoscale anatase TiO2 thin film, but regulated by GAHD template, depositing same time, the film at 25° peak intensity is more obvious. After, in order to get the two films in the wettability and optical performance, we through the contact angle, electrochemistry and biological evaluation means. Contact angle test show that the films are hydrophilic; The PL spectrum results are further analyzed with and without templates control deposition of TiO2 thin film, in the vicinity of 373.3 nm,663.3 nm photoluminescence peak was observed in all, but GAHD template control deposition of thin film appeared a stronger photoluminescence peak, showing good photoluminescence property; Electrochemical impedance and Schottky results also show that it has greater impedance values, and higher carrier concentration. In the platelet adhesion and fibrinogen adsorption experiment, we can see the film all showed a good anticoagulant effect, in particular, the film which through templates control has less fibrinogen adsorption.
