As China’s economy continues to develop, China won one economic miracle, while environmental issues increasingly become a limiting factor. China is a country rich in water resources, but because of the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is extremely uneven. Especially in the northeast, the water shortage has seriously hampered the development of local economy. Therefore, we have to unpolluted water resources protection, domestic water, industrial water we want efficient utilization of sewage generated wastewater recycling as much as possible. Only by addressing the problem of water shortage, China can continue to create economic miracles in the 21st century.Zhentouba I hydropower station is located on Jinkouhequ, Leshan City, Sichuan Province Dadu River, river basin planning rung for rung nineteenth, is a large (2) type of power plant. Construction of China’s economic construction can provide the necessary clean energy, thereby reducing environmental problems caused by fossil fuels. However, the project during the construction period due to the blasting, excavation, aggregate production, concrete mixing and transportation of earth and construction work will bring aspects of water, air, sound, Java and other environmental issues. In particular, aggregate processing system due to washing of aggregate and produce a lot of waste water, which accounts for more than 90% of the total project construction waste, the main pollutant components of suspended solids, more single component, but suspension high concentrations, it can be up to tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of SS mg/L. If not treated directly into the Dadu River water environment, it would have a negative impact on the Dadu River water environment, resulting in decreased water function.In this paper, through the construction of Zhentouba I hydropower station wastewater discharge situation data collection, access to relevant documents, collect construction, meteorological and hydrological and other data, with Zhentouba Testing Center and Southwest Jiaotong University Environmental Engineering Laboratory experiments and by drawing on similar hydropower project engineering practice, the establishment of a two-dimensional water quality mathematical model to simulate the diffusion process of the suspension of the Dadu River. Research on the impact of construction on the Zhentouba I hydropower station of Dadu wastewater through the water environment simulation results analysis. Furthermore the status quo level of environmental protection facilities pillow dam hydropower project analysis its shortcomings, and make optimization recommendations, providing an important reference for the similar hydropower construction project environmental protection.
