With the increasingly competitive in global market, manufacturing is in a slump and enterprises benefit from bad to worse in the meanwhile. The situation of market reshuffle is exacerbated especially in Chinese manufacturing industry. The style of "in order to win", rough, and puerile production model is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the times, the transition of manufacturing is facing the "new normal form." As current enterprises lack of real-time, accurate, automatic and objective status monitoring for production equipment, it is difficult to achieve accurate and quantitative management, and resulting in monitoring difficulties and poor product quality in process of production.By constructing a monitoring and management system for production line, based on the geometric accuracy of parts in production process, production processing precision control norms and specifications have been proposed, details are as follows:(1) Based on WPF framework, monitoring and management system for production line is constructed, automatic real-time status data acquisition module for CNC machine, truss manipulator, automation silos, digital detectors, libraries and other assistive devices is developed; By using TCP/IP protocol, organic connection between the workshop and production department, technology department, quality department, as well as the top decision-making departments are implemented; the whole network resources are mobilized, remote monitoring, remote diagnostics, remote maintenance and other functions for CNC equipment are implemented. Production quick switch module is constructed; automatical functionality of upload, download and backup for CNC procedures, craft drawings, aid configuration information is implemented. Quickly switch between different processing tasks batches is implemented. Quality management features and reporting statistics module are developed. Statistical analysis of equipment utilization, efficiency, parts pass rate and other indicators are implemented.(2) Based on the geometric accuracy of parts in production, state space model for precision features of part is constructed, definitions of the state-space is given, physical meaning and significance of the model is analyzed. Feature vectors are extracted from production processing, feature equations of state-space are constructed, corresponding evaluation and physical meaning for state-space system parameters are given.(3) Physical meanings of the solved systematic parameters and corresponding related in state-space are given. Diagnosis of part precision, equipment stiffness, monitoring of systematic adjustment accuracy and stable capacity are implemented. Through practical cases, the validity and accuracy of the monitoring and management system is verified.Currently, the system has achieved practical application for Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., Shandong giant CNC Machine Co., Ltd., Guangdong Fu Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. FAW Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory, and many other well-known domestic enterprises. It helps to get an accurate picture of the produce situation, develop the right marketing plan, reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency.
