Re-manufacturing machine tool assembly is the last link of machine tool re-manufacturing process,and it is also an important process for machine tool to achieve the final results,which plays an important role in ensuring the quality of re-manufactured products.Mechanical products in the assembly,because of the assembly environment,parts precision instability and a series of uncertain factors,the assembled machine tool is in an unstable state.By analyzing the reasons that affect the assembly quality of re-manufacturing machine tools,the mathematical model of quality attributes is established,which can effectively reduce the quality problems in the assembly stage of re-manufacturing machine tools.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,theoretical significance and practical significance of this paper,analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of re-manufacturing machine tool re-manufacturing,mechanical product quality and re-manufacturing mechanical product quality control,and determines the main research content and innovation points of this paper.Through the analysis and introduction of the re-manufacturing process of machine tools,re-manufacturing theory of waste machine tools,assembly process quality prediction and control theory,this paper paves the way for the development of this paper.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing and expounding the assembly uncertainty of re-manufacturing machine tool,the state space model of reconfiguration process is established with the input vector of assembly workstation operation and component attributes,the state vector of WIP and the output vector of assembly quality.The online control method flow of re-manufacturing machine assembly uncertainty is given,and the optimization control based on dynamic programming is established According to the state space model,the optimization control method of assembly accuracy of re-manufacturing machine tool is proposed.The compensation function of operation input vector of re-manufacturing machine tool is calculated,and the re-manufacturing process is optimized.The effectiveness and practicability of this method are verified by an example.Finally,the re-manufacturing quality prediction method of waste machine tools is combined with the state space model of reorganization process,and it is applied to company B.by using the state space model,the re-manufacturing assembly state space model of waste machine tools is established.By comparing the qualified rate of re-manufacturing machine bed before and after optimization,the state space model can effectively predict and control the waste machine tool in the assembly process The numerical simulation results show that the method can effectively solve the quality deviation in the re-manufacturing process and improve the prediction accuracy.
