As is known to all, the application of chemical fertilizer make our crops product increasing number of production, however, due to long-term use, resulting in many negative effects, such as: the deterioration of agricultural soils, soil compaction, soil fertility decline, decline in the quality of crops, food and groundwater pollution and other environmental pollution problems. Micro-organisms are able to solve these problems, so more and more get people’s attention. Microbial fertilizer industry in China after nearly 60 years of development, in the development of new fertilizer formulations, the innovation of process equipment and standard system, the establishment of the quality system has been a rapid development.This independent laboratory screening got a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect of bio-control strain AI, the bio-control strain for a variety of plant pathogenic fungi have stronger inhibition, such as wheat fusarium graminearum、rice sheath blight fungusand cucumber powder germs, etc. By greenhouse plate culture, pot experiments, testing the bio-control AI vitro biological activity of the body and powdery mildew on cucumber in vivo effects of biological control, bio-control strain AI in cucumber was studied in colonization ability, Based on screening and determination of the microbial fertilizer additives,the preparation of microbial fertilizer, as the target bacteria by bio-control bacteria AI. Potted efficacy determination results show that cucumber seedlings after watering bio-control bacteria AI, its ability to infection disease greatly reduced, the control effect on cucumber powdery mildew have 80.2%, the agent 1 with bio-control bacteria as target bacteria make the control effect to 71.7%, and the agent 2 make control effect to 69.2%. Bio-control bacteria AI bacteria suspension and its production of bacterium agent can effectively prevent the cucumber powdery mildew,restrain the incidence of cucumber leaf, reduce the infection rate, it has good control effect.In order to further study on its effect, through the determination of carrier and protective agent, release to the preservation of bacterial strain condition and survival situation to choose suitable additives, by screening out of additives on the production of microbial fertilizer. Screening results show that, with talcum powder as the carrier of the bacteria releasing rate to 65.91%, and diatomite release rate is only 38.71%, save to 45 d, talcum powder survival rate is 43.47%,diatomite is 34.09%, talcum powder is more advantageous than diatomite stable storage of bacteria, the cause of this result may be related to the structure of the vehicle itself;protective screening results showed that the CMC as protective agent its survival rate is higher than the bacteria with sodium alginate as protective agent after 30 d, sodium alginate and CMC as a protectant to make the preparation of microbial pesticides, to the extension of shelf life of bacteria is also play a important role, the CMC compared with sodium alginate is more conducive to the preservation of the bacteria.The selected carrier and protective agent by a certain percentage mixed with bacteria, microbial fertilizer made, we save to the effect as well as the colonization of the cucumber was studied with test. The results show that the measured,microbial agents prepared in storage after 3 months, effective living bacteria amount decreased, after 6 months the effective living bacteria amount remain 109 magnitude. In the process of cucumber rhizosphere colonization, diatomite bacterium agent to handle the root of the amount of bacteria in the soil, from the original 5.6 x 107 cfu/g to 3.2 x 107 cfu/g, the total number of bacteria did not change too obvious in soil roots treated by talc agents, from 3.3 x 107 cfu/g down to 1.9 x 107 cfu/g, grow to 65 d, the number of bacteria was basically stable, no obvious change. In cucumber roots and stems of the colonization process,fermented liquid and two fungi colonization ability has no obvious difference, they can basically stable at a certain value range.
