Food detection technology is the most effective means and the basis of food safety, helping to efficiently solve the problem of food safety with constantly improved and developped. Research and development of key technology in new food testing, therefore, is of great significance. In recent years, the development of molecular spectroscopy technology has played a more and more important role in the life sciences, environmental science, materials science, food science, and many other applications. But the application of these new molecular spectroscopy technology in the field of food analysis is still not perfect. In this paper, application of new type of molecular spectroscopy technology, especially the resonance light scattering turbidimetry technology, was setted up for several kinds of new methods which could be used for testing food. And establishing the method theoretically made about the mechanism of exploration.In this paper, the method of resonance light scattering turbidimetry was used for detecting the content of chloride ions in the beer. The formation of silver chloride colloid of various experimental conditions was studied with the normal fluorescence spectrophotometer. The experimental results show that: the method of detecting wavelength was 607 nm, the linear range was 0.1-8.0 μg/m L, the linear regression equation of the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, the detection limit is 0.05 μg/m L. The method for the determination of chloride ions in actual samples of beer of the relative standard deviation was 0.3%-1.0%, standard addition recovery was 99.1%-101.1%, satisfactory results had been achieved.In this paper, the method of resonance light scattering turbidimetry was used for detecting the content of selenium in selenium mineral water. Studied in the stabilizer glycerin hydrochloric acid medium, selenium(Ⅳ) and excessive ascorbic acid could react to form the stable colloidal system of various experimental conditions. The optimum experiment conditions was established to establish the new determination method for selenium.The experimental results show that: this method had obvious in the wavelength of 470 nm maximum scattering peak, the linear range was 0.01-0.9 μg/m L, the linear regression equation of the correlation coefficient was 0.9987, the detection limit was 0.01 μg/m L. The method for determination of selenium in actual samples of selenium mineral water of the relative standard deviation was 0.4%-3.3%, standard addition recovery was 95.2%-103.3%, satisfactory results had been achieved, and the method was superior to the traditional absorption spectrophotometry determination results.In this paper, the method of resonance light scattering turbidimetry was used for detecting the amount of melamine in milk. Combined with melamine antigen antibody interactions could generate complex and the principle of turbidity phenomena, the method for determining the content of the antigens in the immune response system, and studied the formation of melamine antigen-antibody complexes colloid the best experimental conditions. The experimental results show that: the method of detecting wavelength was 465 nm, the including linear range was 0.01-1.0 μg/m L, linear regression equation of the correlation coefficient was 0.9985, the detection limit was 0.01 μg/m L. The method for determination of melamine in the actual samples of milk of the relative standard deviation was 0.7%-4.6%, standard addition recovery was 82.0%-100.0%, satisfactory results had been achieved.In this paper, the method of resonance light scattering turbidimetry was used for detecting salbutamol aerosol drug content, studied in the acidic conditions of B-R buffer, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid stabilizer, which can lead to salbutamol resonance light scattering intensity increases, the λex =λem = 460 nm obtained a strength and stable resonance light scattering peak. Because of its strength had a linear relation with the concentration of salbutamol, we established the resonance light scattering spectrometry of albuterol. The method of curve regression equation for delta was IRLS=477.14CSAL+41.80, the unit of CSAL was μg/m L, the linear range was 0.1-13.0 μg/m L, correlation coefficient was 0.9994, with three times the standard deviation(3 sigma) to calculate the detection limit was 0.05 μg/m L, The determination of actual samples of the relative standard deviation was 1.0%-4.1%, standard addition recovery was 98.0%-112.6%, satisfactory results were obtained. The molecular structure of the albuterol quantum chemistry was also calculated, looking forward to solve some problems for the researches on the mechanism of the research and analysis process.
