This paper mainly studies on the synthesis and properties of cyanuric acid, which is the chemical sequestration product of carbon dioxide. The experiment contains two parts:one is the preparation of cyanuric acid, another is the synthesis of cyanuric acid formaldehyde resin.(l)This paper put forward a method of carbon dioxide chemical sequestration, namely carbon dioxide ammoniation. Paper introduces the mainly technical process of three aminate production-urea、ammonium bicarbonate and cyanuric acid, based on the present situation of huge emission about carbon dioxide. This paper focus on the description ammoniation reaction of cyanuric acid, which think that carbon dioxide and ammonia reacting to cyanuric acid is a high value and effective way for carbon dioxide to be sequestrated and used. This paper presents a low carbon industrial material route based on the carbon dioxide chemical sequestration, namely starting from coal to resin polymer materials. The whole industrial material route has evidently low-carbon advantage and good environment and economic benefit.(2) The cyanuric acid is synthesized in many different reactors in the lab, by the characterization means of infrared、elemental analysis and TG-DSC. The experiment results show that the cyanuric acid can be generated in three containers, the yield of the cyanuric acid increased with the addition of ammonium chloride catalyst, from which we can see that the catalyst can promote the pyrolysis reaction of urea. Then in the microwave equipment and helical reactor, the synthesis of cyanuric acid were tested, the test results show that, the microwave equipment and spiral reactor can both product cyanuric acid, but the microwave equipment can not be continuous; The spiral reactor can be used as the continuous and large-scale reactor.(3) Since the cyanuric acid and melamine has the same、relatively stable triazine ring structure, and the hydrogen atom of the amino group is active, on which many reactions can occur. In the experiment, a new type of resin-cyanuric acid formaldehyde was synthesized by the materials of cyanuric acid and formaldehyde. Cyanuric acid is first reacted with formaldehyde to produce a hydroxymethyl cyanuric acid and cyanuric acid, then the hydroxymethyl cyanuric acid generate to cyanuric acid formaldehyde resin under acidic conditions. The experiment has carried on the infrared analysis of the obtained resin, and explores theinfluence of different melamine cyanate and formaldehyde mole ratio, different reaction temperature on the resin viscosity, solid content and the content of free formaldehyde.
