The Stability Analysis Of The Iron Tailing

With the development of our country’s economy, the demand for mineral products also increase, also with the mining activities, the tailings is one of the three pillar of mining industries, its stability has a vital role on mining, so the study of the stability of the tailings is also become very important.In this paper, we study with a tailing as an research object, During the study of tailing, we adopt the method of numerical simulation to analyze the stability of the tailing in the process of continuous expansion and becoming higher, In the process of analysis for a particular period of the tailing is analyzed from the point of 2 d and 3 d, In this paper, the main work is as follows.(1)Through the analys of the tailing’s hydrogeological、engineering geological conditions,the dam’s characteristics.at last this paper put forward the the factors affecting the stability of the dam.(2)Using software Geostudio,this paper study the stability of the tailing, from the point of two dimensional point,at the time of the end of third year、the end of twentith year、the final state period under natural condition, the condition of flood 、the earthquake conditions and the Earthquake、floods coupled condition.(3)Using software Flac3 D,this paper study the stability of the tailing from the point of two dimensional point in the end of third year, in the end of twentith year, the final state period under natural condition, the condition of flood、the earthquake conditions and the Earthquake、floods coupled condition.
