Debe is the core component of the stethoscope. In order to meet the needs of the stethoscope, the material of debe must have the properties of high internal organization density, and no defects such as porosity. At the same time, the requirements of lightweight, high performance and low price were proposed as the stethoscopes were the trend of domestication, so the high demands on forming process of debe are put forward. At present, the main processing method of the stethoscope head is the combination of aluminum alloy cold forging and machining technology. This paper was researched on releasing cutting quantity in the process of debe and improving the material utilization ratio.For the forming process of debe, its production efficiency, material utilization and production cost were depend on the reasonable design of performing processing. This article analyzed the existing forming process of deer have to medical instrument co., LTD which was found several main problems, such as too many machining process and low production efficiency, large machining scrap rate and low material utilization rate.Some optimization designs were made to improve these problems. The machining of cutting quantity biggest back 11 ° incline was instead by cold forging forming.We made the moudles according to the existing process and optimize the process by UG software, the results indicated that the material utilization rate is 54% of debe under existing technology, while material utilization rate is 64% under the optimization of process, that is to say the utilization rate of materials increased by 10%.In order to verify the feasibility of producing debe by the optimized mold and to verify how the forming pressure change with mold, The thesis finished the modeling of mould chamber for both cold forging processing and the optimized cold forging processing, then numerical simulation was done based on finite element software DEFORM for studying the cold forging forming technology. According to the results, parameters of loading, stress and strain, the maximum principal stress, the flowing and filling of metal in processing were studied. The thesis verified the feasibilities of optimization process according to the analysis of the results of numerical simulation.Finally, we used the results of numerical simulation to compare with experimental results, which was used to verify the reasonable of the numerical simulation optimization scheme.The thesis researched and analyzed the existing production process and forming technology, using CAE simulation analysis and CAD technology, optimized the existing production technology of producing the debe for improving existing processes and giving some technical support, such as shortening the processing steps, improving material utilization, reducing production costs.
