In the coal coking process,tamping side-loading coal coking has unique advantages in resource utilization and environmental protection compared with traditional coking,and it is increasingly recognized and welcomed by the industry.As one of the important equipment,the coke oven tamping machine is mainly responsible for the formation of the coal cake.Therefore,the quality of the coal cake and the production rate of the coal cake depend on the layout,structure and process of the coke oven tamping equipment.Whether the process is stable and efficient.In the coke oven tamping machine,the tamping hammer lifting device uses high frequency,high working intensity,and complex working conditions.The lifting height of the tamping hammer directly affects the quality of the briquettes,but it is often due to the special rolling friction lifting hammer working conditions and The material problem of the friction plate requires frequent replacement of the friction plate during the production process,which brings a certain burden to the enterprise.This topic focuses on the failure of friction linings,and combines the relevant knowledge of friction,wear,contact mechanics,etc.to carry out theoretical research,and establishes a simulation model to compare the performance of friction linings of different materials.The thesis starts with the failed friction linings replaced by the hammer lifting device of the 6.25 m coke oven tamping machine(a group of domestically produced and one imported group),and through field investigations on the use of friction linings,summarizes the failure process and influencing factors of the friction linings.Then the basic principles of friction and wear are introduced,combined with the theoretical knowledge of contact mechanics,the friction pair composed of the cam and the friction plate in the hammer lifting device is theoretically calculated,and the physical parameters that affect the close deformation of the friction plate are analyzed,and then the influence on the friction plate and the elastic cam is discussed.Factors of relative sliding between the contact surfaces,and then use CAD,Solid Works software to establish twodimensional and three-dimensional models of the tamping hammer lifting device containing the friction pair.Finally,according to the actual working conditions,the ANSYS transient dynamics simulation of the entire hammer lifting device is carried out according to the finite element contact theory,and the working process of the hammer lifting tamping is simulated.And replace the friction plates of different materials to observe and analyze the height of the lifting hammer under different materials,the shear stress,displacement,stress and strain cloud diagram results of the friction plates,and finally conclude that it provides feasible suggestions for the coking enterprises to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of use.
