The research consider the second yielding water of the cephalosporins antibiotic wastewater as object, Fenton oxidation technology was proposed to deal with wastewater to depth purification. Firstly, purification of waste water test in the lab and pilot scales were carried out to determine the optimum operation conditions and parameters. According to the above results, the purification technical process of cyclosporine wastewater was designed to provide the technical support for the standard discharge of wastewater enterprises to achieve enterprise objective of wastewater discharge standards. The main research results are as follows:1) Based on the result of single factor static and out experiments of Fenton oxidation technology, the operation of optimum parameters were determined, the p H of reaction of wastewater is 4, the dosage of 30% H2O2, Ferrous sulfate, rare earth catalyst the dosage of are 2.5‰, 0.9‰, 1 % respectively. The time of reaction is 90 min, the removal rate of COD and chroma are 78.4 % and 91.3 %. The discharged water satisfy the standard, and operation cost is 2.23 CNY/m3.2) Build a middle-size according to the result experiments device and the research was carried out. The operation parameter and feasibility and stability of technology were detected. The experiment spend three months improving the parameter, the particles of rare earth catalyst is 1-2 mm, Optimize processing parameters of the dynamic process: Ph 3.5, the dosage of H2O2, Ferrous sulfate are 0.7 ‰, 1.5 ‰ respectively. The treated water could satisfy the standard. The cost of operation would be decreased to 1.73 CNY/m3.3) The optimum operation parameters were identified by the test of cephalosporins wastewater treatment technology, combined with a cephalosporin pharmaceutical enterprise to exist environmental protection sewage treatment operation of facilities. The Fenton oxidation technology was enhanced to process two level processing 5000 tons of a pharmaceutical enterprise cephalosporins wastewater effluent daily. Considering the cost of operation and investment of the premise, The design of 5000 m3/d wastewater treatment process of cephalosporin were completed, at the same time, the layout and elevation drawing were completed. The investment of project is 4501 thousand CNY, operating costs is 1.86 CNY/m3, annual COD removal capacity is 660 tons. The technology could reduce the cost risk of enterprise environmental and increase the environmental benefits significantly to provide protection for the normal production of enterprises and make enterprises production planning.
