In recent years, with the rapid development of MEMS (Micro Electrical Mechanical), MEMS is being widely used in various fields on the basis of this. This paper is based on the background of oil exploration and exploitation, Described the working principle of inclinometer and the basic composition of the mechanism of some of the basic concepts and terminology in detail.Analysised the mathematical expression of strapdown attitude matrix.At the same time, compared the Euler algorithm, direction cosine method and the four element method for attitude algorithm, the final choice is using the four element method to solve the posture.And then introduced the working principle of MEMS accelerometer, gyro sensor MEMS, and giving the reason of selecting indicators and sensors.Elaborated the principle of using three axis inclinometer MEMS inertial devices.Focused on the analysis of the static and dynamic measurement errors existing in the system after the introduction of MEMS,The error compensation method are analyzed and discussed.Established the AR model of random error. And determined the concrete expressions of the random error model by least squares and LDA criterion.Then described the process of building the hardware and software platform of the well logging system in detail. And focused on the analysis of the design of well logging cable system in the important module.And then determined the final cable system hardware platform scheme of measuring MEMS well.Theoretical analysis and Experimental results show that this design meet the requirements.
