In today’s metal strip cold rolling workshop,coiler is an important part of the metal strip finishing device,coiler is an important part of Slitting units, It wound rolled the flat strip material that come out from Temper mill into a roll for easy storage and transportation, coiler working conditions will directly affect the performance of the unit’s work,including plate thickness accuracy, precision of the strip, and coiling quality,so in aluminum material molding applications, the design and calculation of the coiler has been great concern for a long time.Accurately calculate of the take-up shaft’s radial pressure is a important parameters to determine the strength of the winding shaft parts and expand-contract cylinder thrust,however the reel radial pressure has a complex relationship with the radial stiffness of the roll,winding tension, reel diameter,interlayer sliding friction,and the surface state between layers.Because the complexity of the structure and the nonlinear boundary conditions,there have greater difficulties in theoretical analysis and experimental research.In the production process,strip material coiling influence of many factors, including the quality of coiling strip material may influenced by such as radial pressure,coiling tension,and friction between layers.If people want to derive design a suitable and accurate design parameters,it required a lot of analysis and research in multiple sectors.Expected to complete the following questions:(1)The speed control research of the various components in coiling process, simulate reel expansion and contraction process by Pro/E three-dimensional modeling of the internal structure of the reel.(2)Finished in considering the friction between the strip material layer factor, according to the elasticity of the Lame answer, derived radial pressure calculation formula.(3)Optimizing the wedge angle in mechanical efficiency,through the stress analysis between the roof and Plum block,drawing the expansion and contraction cylinder’s design parameters.(4)Combined with computer methods, using ANSYS workbench for reel coiling process simulation,espectively finished Plum block and the roof frictional contact analysis;Modal Analysis of the reel;Stress strip coiling process, and in coiling process the strip material’s stress and strain analysis.
