The oblique winding process is the current difficulty of winding craft,because of its high corrosion resistance and resistance to airflow erosion ability and other advantages are widely used in solid rockets,aerospace and other fields.Some studies are on-going by some domestic research institutions,most of them are horizontal type which is applicable to situations such as single station and heavy-duty mandrel etc.In the background of practical application and on the basis of previous studies,this thesis designed a device that can complete winding process in various angles and directions,and ensure the quality of products.In this thesis,firstly,through the deep understanding of the performance and the target winding products,the related winding process of the products is clarified and the advantages and disadvantages are compared.The principle of the oblique winding is also analyzed and the relevant requirements.Aiming at the factors influencing the performance of the wound products in the process of oblique winding of the fiber,the relevant modules are analyzed and designed and the corresponding solutions are designed.In the tension control section,a new tension control scheme is proposed,and the relevant hardware is used to configure to meet the tension control and precision requirements.In the temperature and pressure control section,it is proposed to solve the temperature and pressure of the fiber belt during the oblique winding process.Control requirements and the corresponding control scheme,and in the pressure part of the design of a corresponding set of pressure control to meet the needs of equipment.In the correction control system,combined with the characteristics of the control system,proposed Fuzzy-PID compound control theory,and the approximate model of the correction control system is calculated and simulated by simulink module in matlab,and the practicability of the control strategy is verified.According to the use of the oblique winding machine and functional requirements,to solve the various factors on the quality and performance of wound products in the institutional aspects of the targeted design.At the same time,thethree-dimensional modeling of solidworks is carried out by CAD design software,and the interference analysis is carried out after the modeling and assembly,so that the overall modeling of the assembly is more rationalized,and the overall assembly diagram of the inclined winding machine is given.Finally,the thesis made a static analysis of the rail base and the flange shaft of the sliding table.By theoretical calculation,the most dangerous position,as well as its stress and strain,of the flange shaft and the rail base of the sliding table under external load were calculated.The flange shaft and the rail base had also been taken finite element analysis(FEA)in ANSYS.By comparing the FEA result and theoretical calculation result,whether the structural design meets the requirements can be verified.
