The self-synchronizing liner shaker is widely used in industrial production in China,it is mainly used in mining,building materials and other industries screening.The high vibration frequency and vibration amplitude make it easy to screen material and more effective.The vibrating screen is used in more fields nowadays,the structural strength of vibrating screen is paid more and more attention.When the self synchronous vibrating screen is in the precess of work,the sieve box is the main part of the work of the vibrating screen.But because of the working environment and the load weight,the screen box side plate is easy to break in the situation.During the design of vibrating screen,the traditional design method was just according to the size of the bearing material,it based on the experience of design.Without considering the structure of the vibrating sieve box in a long time and the high strength work environment,this could easily lead to screen box structure damage.The article used “three integrated design method” to study the ZKB2460 type self synchronous linear vibrating screen.When we analysed the problem of cracks of the screen box of ZKB2460 type self synchronous linear vibrating screen,the dynamic optimization design is mainly used in the three integrated design method,and assisted with the visual and intelligent design.First of all,we calculated parameters of vibrating screen,used the Solidworks modeling software to model the important parts of the vibration sieve and assembled them.Secondly using modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of ANSYS finite element analysis software workbench for screen box of vibration screen which is easy to break.Through the modal analysis to judge the risk of the sieve body resonance.The sieve box side plate and the baffle plate parts were thickened.Carried out the modal analysis of the screen box once again,and found out an optimal value of the thickness increase.From the analysis of harmonic response,we could find that structure dynamic stress value of the weak area of screen box is far less than the allowable stress values.It is to meet the job requirements.The structure of thevibrating screen design is reasonable.At the end,the vibrating screen was designed for automatic timing.
