The self-synchronizing liner shaker is a widely used equipment in mineral separation. Its higher vibrational frequency makes the more difficult work to take mediums off the coal, for example, it slacks the coal easier and makes the results of dressing technologies highly progress.This paper expatiates the present application condition and the trend of the self-synchronizing liner, realizing the necessity of making use of technology of CAD/CAE. The paper also calculates its dynamics modeling, calculating its displacement, velocity and acceleration of the vibration. Finally we attain the balance and steady condition of it.In the three dimensional software of Pro/E, We establish the 3D models of the parts and the graphics database of the template, Explaining that the function can improve the designable efficient and reduce the made period of the self-synchronizing liner, Meanwhile we simulate the vital parts which the static and harmonic response of the self-synchronizing liner bases on the simplified model in the ANSYS, Then verify the correct of the dynamics model of the self-synchronizing liner by simulating, Pointing out the correct of the simulating method. There have the meanings of realistic guidance and the referential value in engineering application.
