| Aiming at the waste oil of an automobile 4S shop in Jilin City, the waste oil was disposed by the method of organic solvent and KOH solution extraction – flocculation in this paper, the performance and color of the product were improved greatly. The refining methods between cyclohexane-isopropanol double solvent and isopropyl single solvent were used to study the affect on the property of the recovered oil by ingle factor experiment. Five factors such as KOH solution concentration, organic solvent to KOH solution ratio, solvent to oil ratio, refining time and refining temperature were used to study the influence on the quality of the refined oil. Under the optimum process conditions, two extraction-flocculation methods were contrasted by measuring the viscosity(40 ℃and 100℃), viscosity index, acid value,flash point, freezing point, density and metal content. Test results showed that the quality parameters of the regenerative oil from cyclohexane-isopropanol and KOH solution double solvent extraction-flocculation method were more close to the evaluation index of lubricating oil. And then, the process conditions of cyclohexane-isopropyl and KOH solution extractionflocculation method were further optimized through the orthogonal experiment. Meanwhile,the draw primary and secondary order of factors were obtained. Experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions on renewable lubricant base oil by the double solvent cyclohexane-isopropyl and KOH solution extraction-flocculation method were as follows, KOH solution concentration was 15%, organic solvent to KOH solution ratio was 7:1,solvent to oil ratio was 2:1, refining temperature was 45℃, refining time was 30 min. The primary and secondary order of the factors: solvent to oil ratio had the most important influence on the refined oil, then the KOH solution concentration, refining temperature and organic solvent to KOH solution ratio, the minimal influence was the refining time. Under the condition of the process, we obtain the following results on the properties parameters of refined oil, viscosity(40 ℃) was 17.58, viscosity(100 ℃) was 4.11, viscosity index was139.06, the acid value was 0.0234 mg KOH·g-1, solidifying point was-17℃, flash point was234℃, the yield was 83.4%.Compared with the nature parameters of the waste lubricating oil,the properties parameters of the oil recovered by cyclohexane-isopropyl and KOH solution extraction- flocculation method performance had improved a lot, the performance index requirements of HVI150 lube base oil had been achieved. On the basis of simulation test parameters, a set of waste lubricating oil recycling process was preliminary designed.The innovation points of this paper are as follows, the cyclohexane- isopropanol mixed organic solvent, as extraction agent, is used to improve the organic solvent solubility for waste oil; In the process, solvent refining is used first, which can slow down the corrosion on equipment during the process of vacuum distillation, prolong the service life of equipment.This will lay a solid foundation on the industrialized production of waste lubricating oil in the future. |
