Lubricating oil is the second largest petroleum products except fuel, while the engine oil is the maximum amount and the most widely used. In the day of facing oil resources being drying up increasingly, recycling the waste engine oil is so important that it not only can save oil resources, but also protect environment from pollution.The study on the regeneration technology of waste engine oil has become an important realm for several science workers. Regenerating and recycling of waste engine oil is important to our country not only in resources saving, but also it will bring huge economic, social and ecological benefits. Based on the introduction of waste engine oil regeneration in the home and abroad, this paper analyzed the change in the physical and chemical parameters and the main components in the pollution factor through the detection of the engine oil degradation mechanism and detect the basic physical and chemical parameters after degradation, also it analyzed the hazards of deterioration engine oil. Through the study on the application in flocculants and oil treatment in the home and abroad, we found a flocculant of amino-coagulant structure has good results in oil treatment.Through the screening, this paper especially analyzed the amino-coagulant flocculant in wasted oil regeneration by single factor and orthogonal test. On this basis it discussed the synthesis of efficient flocculants in oil treatment. This paper analyzed the related conditions in the regeneration combining with activated -clay refine, and obtained the regeneration parameters.This paper analyzed the conditions on the regeneration of waste engine oil, also it pointed out the disadvantages in serious pollution and can bring second pollution by using this sulfuric acid- activated -clay process.This paper obtained such main conclusions as following:(1)The main degradation parameters of waste engine oil are: Impurity, carbon residue, carbon residue, viscosity, flashes point.(2)The react conditions for the flocculation are: the ingestion of flocculation is 1.2%,5 min for stirring, the reaction temperature is75℃and the Constant temperature is 80℃and 2h under Settlement(3)The activated -clay refine conditions are : the argil recruitment is about 10% and the argil contact reaction temperature is about 125℃; the stirs time is 25min and the constant temperature subsidence temperature is 80℃,3h under Settlement(4)The regeneration conditions for sulfuric acid- activated -clay are: sulfuric acid recruitment is 8%, stirs time is 20-30 min, alkali temperature is about 95℃, the argil recruitment is 15%, the argil contact reaction temperature is about 130℃,the argil contact stirs time is 20 min...
