According to the requirements of the wind power industry development plan,China's wind power generation will reach 1/5 of China's total energy supply in 2050,and the amount of wind power waste lubricating oil is also increasing.The pollution degree of wind power waste lubricating oil is low,it is a kind of recyclable hazardous waste.If it is not handled reasonably,it will not only cause wasting resources,but also pollute the environment.Waste lubricating oil regeneration technology is used for internal combustion engine waste lubricating oil mostly.It has poor pertinence,complicated in operation and high in cost.In addition,the distance between the wind power industry is long.It is difficult to collect and deal with wind power waste lubricating oil in a unified way.Therefore,it is of great value to find a simple regeneration method for low pollution wind power waste lubricating oil.The flocculation-adsorption method is easy to operate,and has low cost.The influence of heat settlement time and heat settlement temperature on the effect of heat settlement pretreatment is studied.The best heat settlement condition is the settlement time 24 hours or more,and the settling temperature 80?.Five flocculation combinations including chitosan,sodium carbonate,sodium silicate,chitosan + sodium carbonate and chitosan + sodium silicate were selected to explore the flocculating effect.The best flocculant combination was chitosan + sodium carbonate according to the experimental result.The effects of flocculant concentration,dosage were studied by single factor experiment.Orthogonal experiment showed that the best flocculation process parameters are chitosan dosage 2%,flocculation time 20 min,flocculation temperature 50 ?,settling time 7h,settling temperature 70 ?.Sodium carbonate concentration 2%,dosage 2%,flocculation time 20 min,flocculation temperature 60 ?,settling time 9h,settling temperature40?.In order to improve the oil color,select clay,silica gel as adsorbent.Select contact adsorption,filtration adsorption as adsorption approach.The best adsorption combination was silica gel contact adsorption.The effects of dosage,flocculation temperature were studied by single factorexperiment.Orthogonal experiment showed that the best adsorption process parameters are chitosan dosage 2%,flocculation time 15 min,flocculation temperature 60 ?,settling time 5h,settling temperature 50?.The results show that flocculation-adsorption method can effectively reduce the mechanical impurity,acid value,moisture and remove the colored material in the waste oil.The recovery rate is about 60%.The process is easy to operate,and the cost is low.It has the prospect of application.
