Nitrogen fertilizer plant wastewater comes from gasification、torch wastewater and sewage etc, which compositions are complex, COD content is high, and components of inorganic and organic are coexist, belongs to difficult degradation wastewater. The current methods are simple processing that are filtration or adsorption with activated carbon, or in the open air storage sump is degraded. In the process of degradation, the organic matter can volatile and causes great pollution to the surrounding air, the inorganic group dissolved in water will be higher and it causes a certain degree of soil pollution.The photo-catalyst of nanometer SnO2/TiO2 was prepared through induced by SnO2, and it has higher performance. The sizes of catalyst particle are about 200-700nm. Corn fiber non-woven fabrics were prepared and were loaded to the face of fabric. With the supported catalyst treated nitrogen fertilizer plant wastewater in the condition of sunlight processing. The results showed that:SnO2/TiO2 photo-catalyst belongs to small particle size, large specific surface area, and higher catalytic performance. After loading to the corn leaf fiber non-woven fabric, it uniformly distributed over the surface of the fiber, has high loading intensity, could be repeated use for many times and long time. For the fertilizer plant wastewater treatment, the COD in wastewater can be downed from hundreds to 200mg/L and has a good ability of reducing pollution. According to the experimental data production device for processing sun type photo-catalytic wastewater was designed and it provides a feasible way of low consumption, high removal efficiency for nitrogen fertilizer plant wastewater treatment.
