Shi pai sewage treatment plant(the first phase)was built in 2007 with a design capacity of 5,000 tons/day.Sequenced Batch Reactor plant(SBR)were used as the main process to treat waste,drain the tailwater reached the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002)in the grade?B standard.The effluent quality was improved to the grade?A standard after upgrading and retrofitting.Shi pai sewage treatment plant(the second phase)has been completed with a design capacity of 7,000 tons/day and was equipped with a hydrolytic acidification?CASS biochemical reaction tank?Fiber wheel filter tank and Chlorine dioxide disinfection,the treated wastewater could reach the grade?A standard.With the development of city economy,the amount and type of industrial sewage increased sharply,as a result,the wastewater treatment plant running at full load.It was a high pressure for the plant to reach the standard TN discharge.The TN exceeded the standard occasionally in the first half of 2016.According to the information provided by the owner of shipai sewage plant,industrial waste water is discharged into the municipal pipe network continuously in the service area of shipai sewage plant,causing the water intake index to go up and down.At the same time,the monitoring found that the sewage contained waste leachate,with a water volume of 300m~3/d,a COD of500mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen greater than 150mg/L,up to 400mg/L.If measures were not taken to control and improve the plant,the pollution load of the river will be greatly increased,which is in line with the regulations on prevention and control of water pollution in taihu lake of jiangsu province and the comprehensive control of water environment in taihu river basin.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve and reconstruct the poor operation and backward technology for the protection of water body in bazhong and even taihu river basin.The second stage reconstruction and expansion project of the stone sewage treatment plant is carried out on the basis of the original stone sewage treatment plant.The first phase of the sewage treatment plant construction scale was 5000 m~3/d,the project expanded to 12000 m~3/d,expanding the scale of 7000 m~3/d,expansion body process for"hydrolytic acidification+CASS biochemical reaction tank+fiber rotary filter+chlorine dioxide disinfection process,in accordance with the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard"GB18918-2002 requirement,The tail water discharge of the sewage plant after treatment shall be subject to the first class A standard and the"water pollution discharge limits of urban sewage treatment plants and key industrial industries in taihu region"(DB32/1072-2007),and shall be discharged into the water body of Mao shatang.The construction site of the project is located in the reserved space of the original shipai sewage treatment plant,in the north section of yiling road,north of kunlong road and north of jinyuanxing machinery factory.At the same time,according to the first-stage operation status and existing problems of the sewage treatment plant,the original sewage treatment plant was improved and rebuilt for poor operation and backward technology and equipment,so as to achieve the best operation status after the reconstruction and expansion of the sewage treatment plant.Based on the operating water quality parameters of shipai sewage treatment plant in the first half of 2016 and the original process design conditions,the following schemes are proposed:Improved SBR process:The waste water in the SBR process was improved through the pretreatment facilities such as coarse and fine grillage,which mainly removed the thick floating material in the sewage and transported the slag outside.The sewage enters the sediment basin to remove inorganic substances such as sand grains.The sediment is transported out after the sand and water separator,and the filtrate returns to the lift pump room.Then,the sewage and the activated sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank continuously enter the anaerobic bioselector for anaerobic phosphorus release,and then enter the four groups of SBR(activated sludge system)respectively for the process of water aeration--hypoxia stirring--precipitation--skimming and idling.During the later stage of aeration,the water level of SBR reactor rose,and the mixed liquid flowed into the secondary sedimentation tank for mud separation,and then entered the biofilm reactor for nitrification.The nitrifying liquid returned to the anoxic stirring period of SBR for biological denitrification.In this system,the problem of the age contradiction between nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal is solved,and the concentration of NO3-ions in the phosphorus-rich sludge is very low,which can reduce the influence on phosphorus release.Therefore,this system has a high and stable efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The effluent of SBR skimmed water was filtered by micro-coagulation filter and then disinfected with chlorine.Through the improvement of the standard of the shipai sewage plant,the pollutants discharged into the river channels in the region will be greatly reduced and the water pollution situation will be alleviated.Through the centralized collection and treatment of the sewage,the sewage treatment rate target of the planning requirements will be achieved,so as to improve the water environment condition of the town and protect the water quality of the town drinking water sources.At the same time,it improves the living environment of residents,improves people's healthy living standards and promotes the development of industry,tourism and tertiary industry.The reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant,giving full play to the environmental,social and economic benefits of the project,conforms to the strategic requirements of the overall urban planning and sustainable development.Bacheng Shipai Sewage Treatment Plant is located in the economically developed Kunshan area.With the rapid changes in the industrial structure and the continuous growth of the population,the requirements for the treatment scale and treatment depth of the sewage treatment plant are increasing.There are many structures in the site of Shipai Sewage Treatment Plant,and the land use situation is relatively tight.Therefore,the upgrading of this standard is mainly based on the first phase of the transformation and expansion.It can be used as a reference for the reconstruction and expansion of similar sewage treatment plants in other situations in the future.
