With the development of science and technology, metal material processing, as the mostcommon type of mechanical processing, started moving into the direction of smaller size andhigher precision. For the processing of small hole on the surface of the circular arc, due touneven initial gap, the electrochemical machining precision and efficiency of the processing ofsmall hole is affected. In order to explore the mechanism of circular arc surfaced of small holeelectrochemical machining, this paper, according to the characteristics of small holeelectrochemical machining, analyzed the different process parameters on the influence law ofelectrochemical machining arc surface of small hole.Based on the different process parameters,the experiment of small hole electrochemical machining is conducted. Thesis researchachievements are as followed:1, Based on the basic theory of small hole electrochemical machining, this paper established thetheory model of a circular arc surface of workpiece. Due to non-uniform initial clearance, thespeed of the circular arc surface corrosion is different, which influenced the precision andefficiency the arc surface small hole electrochemical machining.2, We design and make single electrode processing cathode electrode and electrode processingcathode electrode which are for the circular arc surface experiment of small hole electrochemicalmachining and work-piece jig experiment. Designed for group of electrolyte injection device,electrode processing experiments verify the feasibility of the device.3,This paper proposes a method to measure the activity of cathode electrode assembly of flatness,which reduces the difficulty of the activity of cathode electrode assembly and improves theefficiency of the activities of cathode electrode assembly.4, In view of processing characteristics of arc surface small hole electrochemical machiningbased on the theoretical model, we launched a circular arc surface small hole electrochemicalmachining process experiment. Based on the experiment, reducing machining voltage,electrolyte with low concentration and improving the feed speed of electrochemical machiningcan improve the concentration of corrosion electrochemical machining ability and reduce thestandard deviation of circular arc surface of small hole, ovality and cone Angle; Improving the electrolytic voltage, reducing the initial gap and using high concentrations of electrolyte isbeneficial to reduce the electrochemical machining time and improve the machining efficiency.5, Based on the law of the experiment, the experiments of the single electrode and electrode arcsurface of small hole electrochemical machining successfully worked out products that meet therequirements.
