| With the development of the offshore oil industry and oil industry, following marine oil pollution has attracted great attention all over the world. Spilled oil as a global pollutant, has go into the ocean considerably more than the ocean itself can withstand everfount in recent years, becoming the biggest factor of the failure of marine pollution in the past few decades.So, recovery and processing of Spilled oil on sea has become a very urgent task, Treatment of oil spill are physical method, chemical method, biological method and burning method. This paper is based on the physical method, study the processing method of spilled oil from four aspects:(1) through the expansion of the oil fence function, the oil boom and tug connected, through containment booms and diversion, increasing confining controlled oil film thickness within the region, the experimental demonstration that can improve the corral area skimmers work efficiency;(2) the weir skimmer of an ordinary oil recovery efficiency is low, the structure and properties of the ordinary analysis of disadvantages of weir skimmer, put forward the improvement scheme on the weir skimmer, finally improved by testing whether the recovery efficiency;(3) through the experimental analysis of performance index commonly used absorption felt polymer, including oil absorption capacity of the original, the oil absorption ratio and saturation after processing and absorptive capacity;(4) combining the adsorption properties and characteristics of oil absorption material, design the oil suction material absorption oil spill equipment efficient oil-water separation. In this proposed method can improve the oil spill oil recovery efficiency, and then experiment, verify the oil fence function expansion, improvement of weir skimmer after all on the efficiency of oil spill recovery is greatly improved, according to the oil spill accidents at sea and environmental conditions different, put forward a series of comprehensive treatment method. |
